2. How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. How Long Will Shipping Take?

4. Do You Ship Internationally?

5. Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from our partnered factories located in China. Depending on the items you order, different factories may handle different types of products, so your order may be shipped separately.
6. Can I Track My Order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to monitor your package.
7. Why Haven’t I Received My Order Yet?
While we strive to ensure orders arrive within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to customs processing, holiday order surges, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive within 8 weeks, please contact us, and we will assist you in reshipping or refunding your order.
8. What Should I Do If I Only Received Part of My Order?
Since items may be shipped from different locations or using different carriers, some items may arrive earlier than others. If you have questions about the status of your remaining items, please provide your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your order.
9. What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, and sexy suits. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
10. Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once the order is being processed or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please note that if the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
11. What Should I Do If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but are lost or stolen. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your package. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating it.

Depending on the customs regulations in your country, you may be subject to customs fees. We are not responsible for any duties or fees incurred once the package arrives in your country.
